- 8+ years of experience in QA with solid expertise in Pega application testing.
- Experience in test automation frameworks, API testing, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on knowledge of Pega platform, Agile methodologies, and defect management tools.
- Lead test strategy, planning, execution, and mentoring QA teams.
- Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) preferred; Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) mandatory.
