Automation Test Engineer (Selenium / Playwright) - RxClaim Domain

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
- Create and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test scripts.
- Validate pharmacy claims processing workflows, benefit configurations, formulary management, and adjudication processes within the RxClaim ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous testing initiatives.
- Perform test data validation and backend verification using SQL queries.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, risk assessment, and release validation activities.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or a similar programming language used for automation.
- Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or Playwright Test.
- Strong understanding of API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Experience with SQL and database validation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management processes.
- Strong analytical, debugging,



and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills & Experience:

- Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or Playwright Test.
- Robust understanding of API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Experience with SQL and database validation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management processes.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of performance, security, and accessibility testing practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Exposure to test reporting and observability tools such as Allure, Application Insights, or Splunk.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with RxClaim, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), or healthcare claims processing systems.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy claims adjudication, formulary management, benefit plans, prior authorization, and member eligibility workflows.
- Experience testing healthcare integrations involving claims, eligibility, and provider/member data.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA compliance.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of performance, security, and accessibility testing practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Exposure to test reporting and observability tools such as Allure, Application Insights, or Splunk.
