We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain reliable automated test solutions that improve product quality, testing coverage, release speed, and overall confidence in software releases. The role involves building scalable automation frameworks and integrating automated testing into the development and deployment lifecycle.

The candidate will be responsible for developing automated UI, API, integration, and regression tests to validate application functionality across different environments. You will design reusable automation frameworks, test utilities, and supporting components that make test execution efficient, maintainable, and reliable.

Strong programming or scripting skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript are required, along with hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium. Experience with Postman, REST Assured, or similar API-testing tools and a valuable understanding of REST APIs and automated API validation are expected.

The role also involves integrating automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools and platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar solutions. You will investigate failed test executions,



analyze test results, and distinguish genuine application defects from test failures caused by automation instability, environment issues, or unreliable test data.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining test data, test environments, automation scripts, execution reports, and test documentation. You will work closely with developers and QA teams to improve application testability, identify quality risks, and ensure that automated tests provide meaningful coverage throughout the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of software testing principles, automation patterns, Git, CI/CD, SQL, Docker, and test framework design. Familiarity with performance testing, security testing, and modern testing practices is an added advantage.

You will contribute to continuous improvement of the automation framework and testing process by identifying opportunities to increase coverage, reduce execution time, improve test stability, and support faster and more reliable software releases.
