Role Objective:

Responsible for providing in office technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and performance improvement for automated material handling systems such as ASRS, RGV, conveyors and associated automation systems.

The key objective is to maintain high system uptime, availability, reliability and safe operation while ensuring timely resolution of breakdowns and customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

System Operation & Support

- Monitor daily operation and health of ASRS, RGV, conveyors and associated equipment.
- Ensure agreed system uptime and availability targets are achieved.
- Attend breakdowns, alarms and operational issues and restore the system within defined MTTR targets.
- Identify recurring failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Support PLC, HMI, drives, sensors, scanners, communication and control-system troubleshooting.




- Coordinate with OEMs, controls, mechanical and software teams for complex issues.
- Analyze downtime and identify major contributors.
- Drive RCA / Why-Why analysis for repetitive and critical failures.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability.

Qualification: Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or equivalent.

Experience: 1-3 years in ASRS, warehouse automation, conveyors, RGV, cranes, material handling or industrial automation.

Preferred: Experience in customer-site service, commissioning, breakdown maintenance and 247 automated warehouse operations.
