Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Automation Manual Tester (QA) with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for testing internal projects and, when required, client projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and technical specifications.
- Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform manual testing of web and application-based projects.
- Execute automation test scripts and support automation framework setup (if required).
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools.
- Conduct regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Coordinate with developers and project managers to resolve issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Maintain proper documentation of test results and reports.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Manual and/or Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test cases.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium or any equivalent tool preferred).
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA or similar).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
