Job Responsibilities

Company Name - Parker Hannifin India Pvt.Ltd.

- Troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC, SCADA, and Servo systems.

- Handling VFDs, electrical control panels, CNC, and VMC machines.

- Development and troubleshooting of laser marking systems and vision systems.

- Experience in servo modification and servo troubleshooting.

- Working with LabVIEW (NI software) for automation and testing applications.

- Hands-on experience with 6-axis robots and sticker printers.

- Managing spares inventory and spare parts planning.

- Ensuring minimum downtime through proactive maintenance and root cause analysis.

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve automation-related issues.

- Supporting new automation developments and continuous improvements.

Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming & troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).

- Knowledge of SCADA interfacing and interlocks.

- Positive understanding of electrical and electronic circuits.

- Hands-on experience in servo, VFD, and robotic applications.

- Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine maintenance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle multiple breakdowns.
