About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for automation, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems,



or a related field. Proven experience in industrial automation, including PLC programming, SCADA systems, and HMI development, is essential. Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations is required.

Strong knowledge of automation software such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for various industrial processes, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems to optimize operational workflows.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather requirements, troubleshoot existing systems, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and start-up activities for automation projects.




- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth system integration and operation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system designs, configurations, and procedures for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in industrial automation technology to continuously improve service offerings.
