Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots using Automation Anywhere 360.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Develop scalable and reusable automation solutions following RPA best practices.

Configure and manage Automation 360 Control Room, bot runners, devices, roles, credentials, and workspaces.

Build automations using Automation Anywhere Bot Creator / Bot Editor.

Integrate RPA bots with web applications, desktop applications, APIs, databases, Excel, email, and enterprise systems.

Implement exception handling, logging, alerts, recovery mechanisms, and audit controls.

Work with API integrations, REST/SOAP services, JSON/XML, databases, and external applications.

Perform bot testing, debugging, performance tuning, and production deployment.

Monitor bot execution and troubleshoot production issues.

Maintain automation documentation, technical specifications, process documents, and runbooks.

Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, application teams, and infrastructure teams.





Participate in automation assessment, solution design, estimation, and technical feasibility analysis.

Follow security, governance, access-control, and compliance standards for enterprise RPA.

Provide technical support and continuous improvement for existing automation solutions.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere 360.

Expertise in RPA bot development and automation lifecycle management.

Experience with Automation 360 Control Room administration and configuration.

Strong knowledge of Bot Creator/Bot Editor, triggers, variables, packages, queues, and error handling.

Experience integrating automation with Web, Windows/Desktop, Excel, Outlook/Email, databases, and APIs.

Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, and scripting.

Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and production support.

Understanding of RPA security, credential management, roles, and access controls.
