Job Title: Sr. QA (Manual & Automation)

Location: Puducherry / Chennai, India

Qualification: E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science/IT.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and API testing.
- Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant automation frameworks.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to support test case generation, test automation, test data creation, and defect analysis.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Manual Testing and SDLC/STLC.
- Experience in Automation Testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of API Testing.
- Knowledge of SQL/database testing.
- Experience with JIRA or similar defect/project management tools.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for software testing/automation.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
