Position: K-SMART Permit Drawing Professional

Location: Attingal, Kerala

Experience: Relevant experience in K-SMART building permit drawing & submission preferred

Requirements

- Positive knowledge of K-SMART Building Permit procedures
- Experience in preparing building permit drawings
- Knowledge of Kerala building rules and permit requirements
- Ability to coordinate with clients, engineers and local authorities
- AutoCAD/drafting skills preferred
- Responsible, accurate and able to handle projects independently
