- Technical Drafting: Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural details using AutoCAD.
- 3D Modeling: Assist in creating 3D models and basic renderings for client presentations (using SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max).
- Municipal Approvals: Prepare municipal drawing sets for AMC (Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation) and AUDA (Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority) approvals in compliance with local GDCR (General Development Control Regulations).
- Site Coordination: Conduct occasional site visits to take accurate measurements and verify that construction aligns with the drafted plans.
- Documentation: Maintain organized digital and physical files of all project drawings, revisions, and structural schematics.
- Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure clash-free working drawings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture Assistantship, or ITI Draftsman (Civil).
- Software Proficiency: Expert level in AutoCAD (2D/3D). Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, or ZWCAD is highly preferred.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of local building materials, construction techniques, and Ahmedabad municipal bylaws (AMC/AUDA).
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in drafting dimensions and structural elements.
- Communication: Valuable communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic proficiency in English.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
