For : Draughtsman The AutoCAD Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining technical drawings and layouts for CBG projects. This includes civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and structural works related to biogas digesters, purification systems, gas storage, and compression units.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Drafting & Design

- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models of CBG plant equipment and layouts using AutoCAD (and other relevant software).
- Develop general arrangement drawings (GADs), fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings for civil foundations, piping, storage balloons, compressors, and cascade systems.
- Ensure that drawings comply with industry codes, safety norms, and company design standards.

2. Coordination with Engineering Teams

- Work closely with process engineers, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, and electrical teams to finalize drawings.
- Incorporate design changes, feedback, and revisions from project managers and consultants.
- Support preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and assist procurement teams with technical specifications.

3. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain proper records of drawings (revision control, issue logs).
- Ensure all drawings are aligned with CPCB, PESO, PNGRB, and local authority compliance requirements.
- Prepare drawings required for statutory approvals such as Pollution Control Certificates, PESO licensing, and safety audits.

4. Site & Project Support

- Provide drawing support during construction, fabrication, and erection of CBG plants.




- Assist project/site engineers by preparing detailed shop drawings for contractors.
- Update as-built drawings after project completion.

5. Quality & Accuracy

- Check dimensions, tolerances, and alignment to ensure technical accuracy.
- Maintain drawing clarity for ease of execution at site.
- Ensure compatibility between civil, mechanical, and electrical layouts to avoid site clashes.

Skill Requirements

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); knowledge of SolidWorks/Revit will be an advantage.
- Understanding of piping design, civil foundations, storage tanks/balloons, and compressor systems used in CBG projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, P&IDs;, and equipment drawings.
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and timely delivery of drawings.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance for renewable energy plants preferred.

: Site Engineer The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating CBG plant construction, civil work, equipment installation, piping, and site execution activities. The engineer will ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site Execution





- Supervise daily civil, mechanical, piping, and equipment installation activities at CBG project sites.
- Monitor foundations, equipment installation, pipelines, valves, structures, and other plant works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and project requirements.

1. Coordination

- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Read and understand AutoCAD drawings, GADs, P&IDs;, and equipment drawings.
- Identify and resolve basic site-related technical issues.

1. Quality & Safety

- Check quality, dimensions, alignment, and proper installation of equipment and piping.
- Ensure PPE, safety procedures, and site work standards are followed.
- Maintain basic site inspection and work-progress records.

1. Project & Commissioning Support

- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and material requirements.
- Support equipment testing, commissioning, trial runs, and final handover.
- Coordinate with vendors during installation and commissioning.

Skill Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of CBG/Biogas plants, civil work, piping, mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Basic Knowledge of pumps, compressors, valves, gas storage, H2S scrubber, PSA, and pipelines preferred.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and P&IDs;.
- Good site management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at CBG project sites in PAN India
