Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD based on sketches, concepts, measurements, and design instructions.
- Prepare and modify building plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and working drawings.
- Convert hand sketches, PDF drawings, or existing drawings into accurate CAD drawings.
- Revise drawings according to instructions from architects, engineers, or management.
- Prepare drawings for new construction, renovation, modification, and maintenance works.
- Ensure proper dimensions, scales, annotations, symbols, layers, line weights, and drawing standards.
- Maintain proper naming, numbering, version control, and filing of CAD drawings.
- Coordinate with site personnel to verify measurements and existing site conditions where required.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on completed construction or site modifications.
- Assist in preparing drawings required for building approvals, project documentation, quotations, and tender-related activities, where applicable.
- Review drawings for dimensional accuracy and identify discrepancies before submission.
- Maintain an organized digital archive of drawings and related technical documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other departments regarding drawing requirements.




- Make timely corrections and updates based on site or management requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of institutional/project drawings and technical information.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of architectural/building drawings is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or other CAD/BIM software will be an advantage.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drafting
- Ability to read and interpret engineering/architectural drawings
- Good understanding of dimensions, scales, layouts, and technical drawings
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good documentation and file-management skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle drawing revisions

Experience Preferred: 1–3 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting, particularly in building construction, architecture, civil works, or institutional projects.

Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹9,885.51 - ₹30,590.79 per month
