Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and hardworking AutoCAD Designer with 3–7 years of professional experience in architectural, engineering, infrastructure, or interior design projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp Pro, and Lumion, with the ability to prepare accurate technical drawings, detailed models, high-quality 3D visualizations, and presentation-ready designs.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, committed to quality, and capable of working efficiently under project deadlines while coordinating closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate 2D architectural, engineering, interior, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed 3D models and BIM models using Revit, SketchUp Pro, and 3ds Max.
- Produce high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, presentations, and visualizations using Lumion and 3ds Max.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, layouts, working drawings, and construction details.
- Convert conceptual sketches, design ideas, site information, and engineering inputs into professional drawings and models.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other engineering disciplines.
- Review drawings for dimensional accuracy, constructability, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
- Incorporate revisions and comments received from clients, consultants, engineers, and project managers.




- Maintain proper drawing standards, layer management, file organization, documentation, and revision control.
- Assist the project team in preparing design presentations, tender drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Support preparation of conceptual layouts and design alternatives whenever required.
- Visit project sites when necessary for measurements, verification, coordination, and preparation of as-built drawings.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting project schedules.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Strong skills in 3ds Max.
- Proficiency in SketchUp Pro.
- Valuable experience with Lumion for architectural visualization and rendering.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings.
- Ability to interpret plans, sections, elevations, technical specifications, and construction details.
- Good understanding of dimensions, scales, materials, finishes, and construction practices.
- Ability to develop professional-quality 3D models and realistic visualizations.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Develop and manage BIM models in Autodesk Revit,



including architectural, structural, and MEP coordination, clash identification, drawing extraction, model updates, and preparation of coordinated construction documentation in line with project BIM standards

Candidate Profile The candidate should have 3–7 years of relevant professional experience and demonstrate a strong work ethic, discipline, and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities. We are particularly looking for someone who is hardworking, sincere, dependable, creative, technically sound, and committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines. The candidate should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team and should have a positive attitude toward learning new technologies, improving design standards, and taking on challenging assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Draftsmanship, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience with architectural, infrastructure, commercial, institutional, public-sector, or large-scale development projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of AutoCAD drawings, BIM/Revit models, SketchUp/3ds Max models, and Lumion visualizations will have an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
