Roles and Responsibilities :

- Track open audit findings and ensure accurate and timely closure of action plans
- Collaborate with in-house audit team and outsources partners in other locations and Pro-actively check and close audit findings raised in other locations.
- Keep a close eye on any change in processes which might have diverse effect on risk profiling, update IA Head on any process changes / arising risks /
- irregularities on timely basis
- Help departments in drafting SOP, policies and procedures
- Perform field work on assigned areas and present audit findings to respective process owner, Prepare accurate and timely reports on audit findings,
- including recommendations on improvements




- Discuss audit findings with process owner and obtain preventive and corrective action plan to mitigate the risk
- Manage special projects as per requirement
- To evaluate emerging risks on continuous basis and updating risk registers
- Responsible for managing positive relationship and continuous dialogue across all functions and ground levels staff at plant

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in auditing or a related field (e.g., risk management).
- Strong understanding of CMA (Cost Management Accounting) principles and practices.
- Experience with audit compliance software tools such as Audit Management Systems.
