We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to manage audit assignments, review financial statements, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the audit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage statutory, tax, internal, and management audits.
- Review financial statements and identify risks or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, taxation, and company law requirements.
- Prepare audit reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead and supervise the audit team.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Requirements:
- CA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Relevant experience in audit management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, and compliance.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar software.
- Familiarity with GSTN, MCA, and ITD portals.
- Robust analytical, communication, and team-management skills.
