We are a Cost Accountants and Chartered Accountants practice at Kavungal Bypass, Malappuram, serving 260+ clients across GST, income tax, TDS, ROC, statutory and tax audit, cost audit and Virtual CFO services. We are looking for a qualified CA / CMA who can take full ownership of audits and client accounts, and also run the day-to-day management of our office.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently plan, execute and complete statutory audits of companies under the Companies Act, 2013, including CARO reporting and audit documentation
- Handle tax audits under the Income-tax law, internal audits and other assurance assignments end to end
- Finalise books of accounts and prepare financial statements (Schedule III) for companies, LLPs, firms and proprietors
- Manage GST compliance: monthly/quarterly returns, annual return and reconciliation, ITC review, notices and replies
- Prepare and file income tax returns, TDS returns and handle assessments and departmental notices
- Coordinate ROC / MCA filings for companies and LLPs
- Manage the office: allocate and review work of the team, track deadlines and the compliance calendar, maintain client files and documentation




- Act as the main point of contact for clients and report directly to the partners
- Guide and train junior staff and article / CMA trainees

Requirements
- Qualified CA or CMA with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a professional practice
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing, GST, income tax and company law
- Proven ability to handle audits and company accounts independently with minimal supervision
- Good working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books and MS Excel
- Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Leadership, organisation and time-management skills to run a busy office

What We Offer
- Salary: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month (based on experience)
