Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head to lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives for Atmosphere Living. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, managing brand identity, and driving digital and traditional marketing campaigns to support our sales team and corporate goals.

Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

· 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a focus on brand management, digital marketing, and strategy.

· Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns within the luxury real estate or premium lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and manage brand identity and architecture for Atmosphere Living,



ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

· Define and execute the brand positioning strategy to strengthen market presence.

· Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive marketing communication platforms and campaigns.

· Conduct market analysis, brand SWOT, and competitive research to refine marketing strategies.

· Utilize market research and competitor insights to understand customer requirements and optimize marketing initiatives.

· Drive the digital marketing landscape, including AR C VR tools, dynamic website management, social media, ORM, and SEO, to enhance customer engagement and support sales.

· Plan, budget, and implement the annual marketing plan to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in brand and marketing strategy, with expertise in digital tools and marketing analytics.

· Robust understanding of luxury real estate and/or premium lifestyle branding.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
