- Minimum 5 years’ experience working on Atlassian Datacenter products

- Setup and configuration of Jira, confluence, Jira service desk, Bamboo datacenter multi-node setup

- Strong Linux administration skills to handle Installation, upgrade and maintenance of Atlassian tools stack

- Expertise in developing workflow conditions, triggers, post functions using Groovy scripting

- Expertise in developing Automation rules for Jira

- Experience maintaining Bamboo, Fisheye, crucible, Nexus, subversion, Artifactory for upgrades

- Designing and managing workflows, fields, screens, reports, and dashboards within Jira

- Customizing Jira projects with various schemas to match the needs of the business

- Providing user management and support for Jira, including managing permissions and access

- Creating, managing, and supporting all Jira dashboards, filters, and custom fields

- Maintaining the stability and usability of the Jira system, resolving any issues that arise





- Perform Jira system administration tasks including user management, permissions, workflows, screens, fields, and notifications.

- Develop and implement Jira dashboards and reports for management review.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any Jira related issues and collaborate with Atlassian support as required.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

- Collaborate with teams to identify and understand their needs and translate them into Jira workflows.

- Keep Jira setting updated with the latest features and plugins.

- Strong communication to understand client needs for development, perform Development based on asks

- Guide Teams to use best practices of Jira and Confluence and standardize the environments to reduce unused custom fields, issue types, etc.
