Assistant Restaurant Manager

Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Experience: 3–6 years in Restaurant / Hotel / Hospitality Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise the F&B; service team and ensure smooth service during all shifts.
- Ensure proper table setup, food service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and accurate order service.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor billing, POS operations, cash handling, and daily sales.
- Maintain inventory, control wastage, and monitor F&B; costs.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance.




- Train and guide staff to improve service quality and productivity.
- Prepare daily shift reports and support management with operational updates.
- Assist in managing peak hours, events, and special functions.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of restaurant and F&B; operations.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Excellent guest handling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of POS, billing, inventory, and cost control.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Qualified grooming and customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage busy operations.
- Good coordination and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
