About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Warehouse to manage and oversee warehouse operations in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in core logistics, warehouse management, B2C marketplace operations, and quick-commerce fulfillment.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, timely order processing, and efficient coordination with logistics and marketplace teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inward, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment across B2C marketplaces and quick-commerce channels.
- Manage daily warehouse productivity, manpower allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and physical stock audits.
- Coordinate with marketplace, logistics, transportation, and internal operations teams for smooth order movement.
- Handle B2C marketplace and quick-commerce requirements, including order processing, SLA adherence, dispatch timelines, and returns/RTO management.
- Ensure compliance with defined SOPs, warehouse processes, safety standards, and quality parameters.
- Track and monitor warehouse KPIs such as order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, dispatch TAT, productivity, shrinkage, and returns.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including manpower planning,



attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly warehouse MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of products to minimize damages and inventory losses.
- Support the Regional Manager in achieving warehouse and logistics targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of core warehouse and logistics processes.
- Experience in B2C e-commerce / marketplace operations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with quick-commerce operations and fulfillment models will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of inventory management, order processing, dispatch, returns, and reconciliation.
- Experience in managing warehouse teams and third-party logistics/service providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse/ERP systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
