Key Responsibilities

Lead Engineering, Process Development & Current Product Development activities.

Drive industrialization of new projects and process improvements.

Manage customer-specific requirements, drawings and standards.

Review and update PFMEA & EFMEA with CFT teams.

Finalize capacity, layout and manufacturing processes.

Establish engineering procedures, operating systems and work instructions.

Lead Project Management and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949:2016 requirements.

Drive EMS, waste management, environmental and safety practices.

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and support technical decision-making.

Desired Skills

Strong technical knowledge of production systems & process improvement

Knowledge of automobile manufacturing processes

Project Management & Lean Manufacturing knowledge

Knowledge of facilities and engineering systems
