Role Description The Asst Marketing Manager – Offline will be responsible for planning and executing offline marketing campaigns to promote Canam’s services in the Ahmedabad region. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating events such as education fairs, seminars, and workshops, and managing local promotional activities, branding, and outreach initiatives.

The position involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging, gathering market insights, and supporting lead generation through offline channels.

Manager – Offline will monitor campaign performance, manage budgets for assigned activities, and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategy. The role also includes supervising local marketing execution, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in offline marketing, including event management, brand promotion, and local outreach initiatives.
- Robust planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and familiarity with marketing reporting and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in education or service industries is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for occasional weekend or evening events.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of taking initiative while collaborating in a team-focused setting.
