Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete purchase and procurement cycle for real estate and construction projects.
- Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers for construction materials and services.
- Procure materials such as cement, steel, RMC, sand, aggregates, blocks, tiles, plumbing, electrical, hardware, sanitaryware, doors, windows, paint, finishing materials, etc.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor/supplier network and identify new reliable suppliers.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Engineering, Stores, Accounts and Management teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) after proper approvals.
- Monitor purchase orders, material dispatches, deliveries, pending orders, and shortages.
- Ensure materials are procured as per approved quality specifications and project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, comparative statements, POs, invoices, and vendor records.
- Monitor market rates and provide regular price analysis and market updates to management.
- Control procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Handle vendor negotiations, disputes, delays, quality issues, and payment-related coordination.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.
- Coordinate with the Stores team regarding GRN, stock availability and material consumption.
- Maintain MIS and periodic reports related to purchases, vendor performance, pending POs, and procurement savings.
- Support management in developing and implementing effective procurement strategies.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of real estate and construction material procurement.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Good knowledge of local and regional construction material markets.
- Solid commercial understanding and cost-control ability.
- Good knowledge of Purchase Orders, comparative statements, vendor evaluation and procurement processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and urgent material requirements.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / ERP / Purchase Management Software.
- Robust follow-up, analytical and decision-making skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure procurement preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
