Role Summary - Lead end-to-end delivery of software programs using Agile practices, with a solid focus on data-driven execution via Power BI and structured planning using Smartsheet.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 3-5 concurrent software programs from initiation to release

- Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program governance

- Use Smartsheet for planning, tracking, and resource management

- Ensure alignment across Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams

- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks

- Provide weekly and monthly executive reporting

Quantitative KPIs

- Delivery Execution: 90% on-time milestone delivery

- Delivery Execution: 10% schedule variance across programs

- Delivery Execution: 95% sprint commitment vs. completion ratio

- Program Governance: 100% projects tracked via real-time Power BI dashboards

- Program Governance: 5% data/reporting accuracy deviations

- Program Governance: 95% adherence to reporting cadence

- Agile Performance: Sprint velocity variance 15% over 3 sprints

- Agile Performance:



85% user story acceptance rate per sprint

- Agile Performance: Defect leakage 3% post-release

Requirements

- 7-9 years of experience with 5 to 6+ years in software project/program management

- Hands-on expertise in Power BI and Smartsheet

- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience

- Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps

- Strong analytics, planning, and stakeholder management skills

- Certified Scrum Master

Preferred

- PMP certification

- Experience managing multi-team/global programs
