Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive business development and sales across assigned trade lanes.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business and revenue targets.

- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.

- Handle FCL sales and develop cargo volumes across assigned territories.

- Strong understanding of market trends, freight rates, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

- Experience/exposure in ODC and Reefer cargo will be an added advantage.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and service commitments.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates on business development activities.

- Prepare and submit regular reports to the HOD/HQ on sales, market developments, customer feedback,



and service-related matters.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support long-term business relationships.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a shipping line is mandatory.

- Robust experience in Liner Sales / Commercial Sales.

- Hands-on experience in FCL business is mandatory.

- Candidates from Liner, Agency, or NVOCC backgrounds will be preferred.

- Robust market knowledge and understanding of shipping/logistics trade lanes.

- Excellent business development, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

- Graduate in any discipline
