Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with HODs to identify training needs and prepare TNA, L&D; calendars, and schedules

- Deliver engaging training on Guest Service, Grooming, Communication, Leadership, SOPs, Service Recovery, and more

- Develop training content using Canva, PowerPoint, and AI tools (e.g., Copilot)

- Maintain training records, MIS reports, and compliance tracking

- Assess training effectiveness through follow-ups, KPIs, and before/after impact studies

- Engage across departments Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, HR, Sales, and more to design practical learning interventions

- Drive employee engagement and a strong learning culture organization-wide

Preferred candidate profile

- Should be a Graduate in Hotel Management with Operational experience in Food & Beverage Service Department.

- Robust understanding of hotel operations

- Excellent facilitation and communication skills

- Experience with Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs

- Comfortable with digital content creation and data-driven reporting
