We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with strong Statutory Audit experience to join the Finance team of a leading Media & Entertainment organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct domestic & overseas theatrical distribution revenue audits.
- Verify partner statements, accruals and revenue records.
- Conduct P&A; budget audits and variance analysis.
- Perform financial and compliance reviews of investee companies.
- Monitor RPT and support regulatory compliance.
- Prepare MIS and analyse industry/competitor performance.
Requirements:
- Qualified CA with all groups cleared.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience; robust articleship candidates may be considered.
- Mandatory: Statutory Audit experience during articleship/training.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS/IGAAP, financial statements and audit methodology.
- Good Excel skills; SAP/ERP exposure preferred.
- Big 4/Mid-tier CA firm experience preferred.
