Understanding of Market scenerio , Planning skills & time management .

Basic knowledge of GeM portal ,HAL-eproc and SriJan Portal/BEML for Tenders with Govt PSU

RFQ Handling - Preparation of Bid Responses - Co-ordination with various internal departments for Bid submissions .





Part internal costings --Process Cost and raw material cost .Knowledge of machining processes ,Forging /Castings

Handling of Online Customer Portals

Preparation of Bid Packages / Bid documents .

Folllow up on Bids and co-ordination with Bidders

Creating New Business opportunities -identifying new customers /Tie ups

Identify upcoming opportunties for Defence business

Generate new leads , Screen potential business opportunities

Support in customer Audits

Release , Monitoring monthly production plans and despatches accordingly.

Weekly MIS (-Bud plan Vs actuals /Gaps) , Annual Business Plan Budgeting and Monitoring of Business Plan Vs actual achievment

Travel plan -Domestic /Customer visits

Handling of Customer complaints

Accounts reconciliations with Customers

Any other .
