Job Summary

Being the backbone of construction projects. You ll oversee all day-to-day construction-related projects onsite and make sure that all budget, risk, schedule, design, safety and quality management requirements are met. As the go-to person in all construction activities, you ll help fix any issues that may arise-all while taking heed of clients expectations and the company s procedures.

Your task is to ensure all site contractors involved in the project are working on all counts and with telling effect. As needed, you will also cooperate with LDI and the client to monitor, review and resolve any site-related issues. Using the JLL Atlas platform, you ll set up site procedures to ensure the program, cost, design, safety and quality are aligned.

You ll also be responsible for holding internal and external construction meetings.

Requirements

- Seasoned and credentialed: You have a degree in architectural, civil engineering, MEP engineering, or related discipline or field, or a mix of formal education and work experience of more than five years.

Experience in construction site management is a must. You should also have completed safety trainings and must have acquired construction estimation skills.

- Highly technical and administrative:



A strong understanding of all aspects of development management-including financial, appraisal, risk management, and negotiation, among others-is required for this role. Do you consider yourself a pro at planning projects, procedures and construction schedules How familiar are you with MS Project, MS Excel and other scheduling software You should also have the know-how of interpreting, coordinating and discussing construction drawings. As construction manager, design contracts and commercial negotiations should already be second nature to you.

Also indispensable in this role is your ability to sit in on market analyses and marketing processes.

- An excellent communicator: To excel in this role, you should have a superb communication skills, which will be helpful to you in winning businesses with both international and domestic clients. Your outstanding communication skills will also serve as a tool in inspiring your members and contractors; keeping healthy client relationships alive; making headways in promoting a culture of openness; and bringing on project success stories.
