- Design and develop mechanical parts and assemblies to be used in high-pressure pneumatic systems
- Understand Customer and Product Requirements
- Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) techniques
- Conduct Motion Analysis, FEA and Calculations to meet the Design RequirementsFormulate Reports, Design Documentation, Assembly & Testing Process Flow, FMEA keeping safety in mind
- Assist in Production Planning activities
- Efficiently manage 3D CAD and Drawing Files
- Plan & Execute Projects from Start to End
- Co-ordinate with team members and other departments to accomplish tasks within stipulated deadlines
- Research & Development of current products and processes for continuous improvement and expanding product range
- Build and lead a team of engineers to achieve excellence in design & production standards.
