This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Mumbai. The Associate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements, performing legal research, and providing advisory services. The role involves managing litigations, arbitrations, and regulatory matters, as well as assisting the Firm in preparing legal documents, pleadings, and notices, and attending court proceedings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts
- Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and M&A; laws
- Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and arbitration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workplace and manage deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in legal documentation and preparing case strategies
- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution
- Bar Council registration and eligibility to practice law in India
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is an advantage
