Associate – Transaction Advisory

Location: Chennai | Experience: 0–4 years

We are looking for an Associate – Transaction Advisory to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in financial due diligence, transaction advisory and M&A; assignments
- Analyse financial statements, business performance, working capital, debt and cash flows
- Support buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Prepare financial analysis, reports and client presentations
- Assist in valuation and financial modelling
- Conduct industry and company research
- Interact with clients and support management discussions
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assignments

Requirements
- CA / CA Inter / CMA Qualified
- 1–4 years of relevant experience
- Robust Excel and financial analysis skills
- Good communication and presentation skills

- Strong knowledge in taxation
- Prior experience in Transaction Advisory / Due Diligence / Valuation / M&A; preferred
