About the role The Associate - Web Development will help build and maintain modern, content-driven web applications. You'll work closely with the founding engineer to deliver production-ready features, integrate APIs, improve CMS workflows, and build scalable frontend experiences.

Core Responsibilities

- Build responsive web pages using Next.js
- Develop reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS
- Translate Figma or Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect frontend code
- Integrate Strapi CMS with frontend applications
- Build and consume REST/GraphQL APIs
- Work with PostgreSQL databases
- Implement authentication and business workflows
- Collaborate on Make.com and n8n automations
- Debug production issues and optimize performance
- Participate in code reviews and Git-based development
- Deploy applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines [1, 2]

Required Technical Skills:

- 1–2 years of experience in React/Next.js
- JavaScript or TypeScript
- HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS




- Proficiency in extracting assets and specs from Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strapi or another Headless CMS
- REST API integration
- PostgreSQL
- Git/GitHub
- Basic Docker knowledge [1]

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field

Good to have:

- n8n or Make.com automation
- AI API integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
- GraphQL
- Vercel or Railway deployments
- AWS basics
- Experience working in startup environments
