Key responsibilities

- Prepare transfer pricing documentation and reports.

- Perform comparable-company searches and benchmarking analysis.

- Analyze intercompany transactions and determine appropriate transfer-pricing methods.

- Assist with tax returns, audits, and transfer-pricing assessments.

- Conduct financial and economic analysis using databases and Excel.

- Research domestic and international transfer-pricing regulations.

- Coordinate with clients and internal tax/advisory teams.

Typical qualifications

- B.Com / BBA / BBM / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- CA / ACCA / CFA / CMA can be advantageous, but is often not mandatory for an Associate-level role.

- 2–5 years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax, taxation, audit, or financial analysis.

- Good knowledge of Excel and financial analysis.

- Understanding of OECD transfer-pricing principles and/or Indian transfer-pricing regulations is a plus.

- Solid analytical, research, communication, and report-writing skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
