L2 Support

- Managing client relationship
- Managing on-boarding of new clients, setup
- Provide application end to end support which includes SQL and AWS skills.
- Deliver industry best practice solutions to the business using out of the box functionality.
- Provide first class solutions to meet the business expectations.
- Work with various teams in the IT Organisation in solutioning, planning, risk identification, issue resolution.

- Driving innovation/automated solutions
- Responsible for successful digital transformation delivery as per Teamlease Vision.
- Responsible for establishing industry specific best practices in establishing the ITIL processes.
- Responsible for Control development processes, platform and tools usage for solutions and delivery and enforce process.
- Strong experience and expertise in solution delivery and strategy in a bi-modal IT workplace
- Broad knowledge of software development
