What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an analytical and business-focused professional to drive the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Two-Wheeler (2W) portfolios.

The role involves business performance tracking, market opportunity assessment, pricing and underwriting interventions, campaign management, dashboarding, and coordination with central and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive growth and profitability of the CV & 2W portfolios through strategic business interventions.
- Identify high-potential markets using VAHAN and market intelligence, benchmark competitiveness, and work with Pricing and Underwriting teams on required actions.
- Track business performance daily across channels, geographies, segments, and partners, and initiate corrective actions for adverse trends.
- Develop and manage dashboards and MIS using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to generate actionable business insights.
- Design and execute CV & 2W campaigns for RMs and partners, tracking participation, ROI, incremental premium, and overall impact.
- Support AOP and management reviews by evaluating opportunities, estimating initiative impact, and tracking outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Underwriting, Product, Tech, Operations, and Commission teams to resolve gaps and implement business initiatives.




- Conduct motor issue and business review calls with locations, understand on-ground challenges, and drive corrective actions.
- Support and train field teams on new launches, product changes, pricing updates, processes, and business initiatives.
- Drive fleet and partner interventions, including reactivation, renewal improvement, activation, and degrowth management.

Experience:

2 years of experience

Experience in General Insurance, Analytics, Data Management, Automation is preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Computer Applications, or a related field.

- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
