Associate Software Development Engineer Job requirements

Experience Range: With 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development, including substantial expertise in case management and automation. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement tailored solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance case management, field service, and digital engagement.
- Configure and optimize Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Self-Service portals to maximize operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Resolve complex technical issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance of Service Cloud applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Implement security best practices, including user roles, profiles, and permission sets within Salesforce Service Cloud.




- Document technical solutions and system configurations, and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
