Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong grounding in valuation techniques, including DCF-based analysis, to support MA advisory engagements.
- Proficient in corporate finance and financial analysis to evaluate transaction feasibility and business performance.
- Hands-on understanding of merger and acquisitions processes, including deal structuring and advisory support.
- Ability to prepare pitch decks and transaction collaterals with accuracy and commercial relevance.
- Exposure to project management and process coordination across vendor due diligence and transaction documentation, including SPA and SHA.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification
- Master of Business Administration
- CA
- CFA

Experience
- 1-3 years of IB experience
