Your key responsibilities

- Demonstrated experience in conducting financial due diligence across buy-side and sell-side transactions. Strong ability to analyze historical financial statements, normalize earnings, and assess quality of earnings. Proficient in reviewing key financial metrics, working capital trends, debt-like items, and cash flow drivers. Sound understanding of statutory audit concepts to support accurate financial analysis and issue identification. Capable of preparing transaction-focused reports and supporting insights for decision-making in diligence engagements. To qualify for the role you must have
- chartered accountant

Experience

- 1-2 years of FDD/ audit experience
