San Fegan Biotech is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Associate Scientific Service to join our field sales team. This is a full-time role responsible for scientific promotion of our pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular and effective calls on doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Scientifically promote and communicate the benefits of products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Plan and execute territory activities to achieve assigned sales objectives.
- Ensure consistent doctor coverage and follow-up to drive prescription generation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports as per company requirements.




- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Requirements

- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Experience in Gastroenterology products will be preferred.
- B Pharm Freshers who are passionate in sales can also apply
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and sustain qualified relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Good territory management and planning skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
