Role & responsibilities

- Execute manual test cases and validate application functionality against requirements.

- Identify,document, track, and verify software defects.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify issues.

- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data.

- Participate in functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.

- Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before production release.

- Support test planning and contribute to continuous process improvements.

- Maintain accurate test documentation and status reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science,



engineering or related field

- 0.5 to 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).

- Knowledge of manual testing techniques and defect management processes.

- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
