We're a digital agency building tech products and running marketing projects for clients. We're looking for an Associate Project Manager to own delivery on client projects end-to-end, from requirement clarity through to release, working closely with designers, developers, and QA.
What you'll do
- Own project execution in Zoho Projects: task assignment, sprint planning, status tracking
- Understand the business problem behind each project well enough to catch gaps in requirements before they reach the team
- Confirm dependencies and screens exist before assigning work, not after
- Communicate proactively with clients, acknowledging and progressing requests without being chased
- Coordinate across design, development, and QA to keep a project moving without constant escalation
What we're looking for
- 2 years of experience, ideally at a smaller tech company or agency
- Comfortable owning both the delivery side (timelines, task tracking) and the requirements side (understanding what's actually being asked for)
- Explicit, proactive written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Zoho Projects or similar project management tools a plus, not mandatory
