Salary: 25,000 to 40,000 per month (depending upon experience)

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support requirement analysis, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.

- 1.5–2.5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery processes.
- Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Basic understanding and hands-on experience in writing, reviewing,



and validating test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Ability to understand Product and then testing scenarios, validate expected vs. actual results, and coordinate with QA teams for defect clarification and resolution.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar project-management tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Good understanding of software applications, web technologies, and technical terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1.5–2.5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or software project delivery.
- Experience in IT services, software development, or product-based environments is an added advantage.
