What You'll Do

- Own and execute critical BAU tasks across Pocket FM functions including performance marketing, content commissioning & licensing and content production with high reliability .
- Maintain rigorous day-to-day operational tracking: timelines, budgets, deliverables,



and team throughput across ongoing programs.
- Identify friction points in recurring workflows and independently drive process improvements through Excel automation, AI tools, or lightweight tooling without waiting to be asked.
- Manage coordination with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders (Creative, Product, Tech) to keep execution moving on schedule.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems that give the team real-time visibility into program health.
- Support strategic initiatives by structuring problems, preparing briefs, and owning follow-through on decisions made by senior leads.

What we are looking for
- 1–3 years of hands-on execution experience in a fast-paced startup or operations-heavy role.
- Obsessed with getting things done cleanly — detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and process-minded.
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets at an intermediate-to-advanced level; exposure to AI tools or workflow automation is a strong plus.
- Transparent, proactive communicator who flags blockers early and follows up without nudging.
- Eager to learn the why behind every process, not just execute the what .
- Thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of tasks that don't have a playbook yet.
