Job Summary The HoD will be responsible for academic planning, faculty leadership, curriculum delivery, quality assurance, and industry integration for the department.

- Curriculum implementation and review
- Student academic performance and mentoring
- Industry partnerships and live projects
- Accreditation, documentation, and reporting
- Required Qualifications & Experience M.Des. with Ph.D. preferred
- Minimum 10–12 years of academic/qualified experience
- At least 5 years in an academic leadership role Competencies

- Curriculum planning and faculty mentoring
