- Responsible for Plastic parts Inspection & Product testings
- Ensure compilation of Quality systems (ISO 17025,TS:16949, TPM, EMS & OHSAS)
- Internal Customer interface for Quality requirements
2-MAIN ACTIVITIES
Product testings:
- To carry Sample Inspection, raw material / Product testings as per specifications
- Prepare testing & validation reports & communicate the same to project teams
- Ensure Quality / Inspection Feasibility in coordination with lead / Quality engineer
- Identify resources required to carry out testings ex.:- Support fixtures/ Jigs
- Ensure calibration of all equipments, gauges, fixtures • Record and update Project learning.
3- SKILLS PROFILE:
- Age: around 21-25
- Experience: 1-2 yrs / Fresher
- Education: Plastics /Mechanical Engineering B, Tech
- Experience: Working Experience in Automotive industry and in Plastics Quality and testing, part inspection, Should be aware of Quality International Stds wrt Plastics. System knowledge (ISO 17025,ISO-TS 16949/14000/OSHAS/TPM)
