We're hiring an Associate Product Manager, Growth for a San Francisco based company.

We're a small team of experienced operators building a platform that turns a plain-English description into a live, hosted app with billing built in — no code to own or maintain. hundreds of new builders sign up every week and most publish an app in their first week. Our paid tier is launching now.

We're looking for an early-career product person who wants to learn growth by doing it: running experiments, digging into data and shipping changes that turn free builders into paying customers. You'll work directly with the founders, who will mentor you closely.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Funnel analysis. Track how builders move from signup to first app to paid, find where they drop off, and bring the founders explicit, data-backed ideas to fix it.
- Experiments. Help design and run tests on onboarding, templates, upgrade prompts, pricing pages and plans. Make sure each one is measured properly and write up what we learned.
- Specs and shipping. Write short, clear specs and work with our engineers every week to get changes live.
- User research. Talk to builders — the ones who pay, the ones who leave — and turn what you hear into product ideas.
- Dashboards. Build and maintain our funnel,



cohort retention and conversion dashboards.
- Acquisition support. Work with our paid-ads specialist on landing pages and signup flows so new traffic converts.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1–2 years of experience at a SaaS or software company — in product, growth, marketing analytics, customer success or operations — and a clear interest in moving into product
- Strong with data: comfortable with spreadsheets and basic SQL, or quick to learn an analytics tool like Mixpanel, Amplitude or GA4
- Curious about why users behave the way they do, and happy to spend time talking to them
- Clear writer and communicator in English
- You'd rather ship a small test this week than write a big plan
- Able to overlap a few hours a day with US Pacific time
- Nice to have: a product or growth internship at a SaaS startup; you've built and launched something yourself; experience with AI or no-code tools
