We're a digital agency building tech products and running marketing projects for clients. We're looking for an Associate Product Manager who can understand the business problem behind a client's request and translate it into the right functional solution, working closely with designers, developers, and QA to see it through to delivery.
What you'll do
- Understand each client's business problem well enough to propose the right functional solution, not just relay what was literally asked for
- Translate business requirements into transparent, well-sequenced user stories
- Make functional tradeoff calls (what's essential vs. what can wait) when scope or priorities are unclear
- Confirm dependencies and screens exist before work is assigned, not after
- Own execution in Zoho Projects: task tracking, sprint planning, status visibility
- Communicate proactively with clients and the internal team, catching gaps before they cost time
What we're looking for
- 2 years of experience, ideally at a smaller tech company or agency, not a large-company rotational program
- Demonstrated ability to think through a business problem and land on a functional solution, not just document what was asked
- Comfortable owning delivery end to end across multiple concurrent client projects, rather than one long-term product roadmap
- Clear, proactive written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Zoho Projects or similar tools a plus, not mandatory
