Associate Product Manager (APM)

Role Overview

- We are looking for a driven Associate Product Manager to support the product lifecyclefrom ideation to execution.

- The role requires close collaboration with business, operations, engineering, and

leadership teams to build scalable logistics technology solutions.

Experience

- Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.

- 1–2 years of logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or freight-tech experience is preferred

- Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and product specifications.

- Prepare PRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and release notes.

- Coordinate with engineering, QA, operations, and stakeholders for timely delivery.

- Track product performance and define success metrics.

- Perform market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis.

- Support sprint planning, UAT, and post-launch monitoring.





- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Required Skills

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Data-driven decision-making mindset.

- Tools & Technical Knowledge

- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

- SQL for data analysis and reporting.

- Documentation tools – Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Slides.

- Comfortable using AI tools for research, documentation, and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with logistics, shipping, courier, freight, or cross-border operations.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with product analytics and reporting tools.
